Returns Policy

RETURNS:

Your shoes must be returned within 30 days of the order date. They must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received. Please do not wear your shoes out until you are certain they fit. Shoes that are worn and not in new condition will be refused for return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the returned condition.

Items must be returned in the original shoe box with original packing. Please place the shoe box inside a larger packing box when shipping your return to us.

You can return your qualifying item(s) for a full purchase price refund within 30 days of purchase. There is a $8 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse.

EXCHANGES:

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

Please place a new order for the pair you would like and return your current order for a full refund.

REFUND PROCESSING:

Once we receive your qualifying return in our warehouse and approve your refund, me too will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
