Returns Policy

RETURNS:

Your shoes must be returned within 30 days of the order date. They must be unworn, unused, and in the same packaging condition. Please do not wear your shoes out until you are certain they fit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the returned condition.

You can return your qualifying item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. There is a $8 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse.

EXCHANGES:

We offer exchanges on your recent product FOR FREE with no return costs. Please follow the link below to initiate an exchange. You can exchange for any item we have in stock.

REFUND PROCESSING:

Once we receive your qualifying return in our warehouse and approve your refund, me too will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

Less Waste

Our factories are responsible for the disposal of all industrial waste and takes active measures to reduce any environmental pollution. All waste from the production is correctly disposed disposal of each product. We use 100% recyclable mesh and recyclable boxes on majority of MeToo items.
